What a horrible experience! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. They have argued with and hung up on both my structural engineer and project manager. They refuse to have a face to face meeting to try and resolve this. Their report only provided recommendations for new construction, but my project is a repair from a fire. They refuse to address whether or not our existing foundation type is acceptable on the existing soil. Worst of all they insisted on payment prior to releasing their report. Makes me think they know their service is lacking and don't want their customers to have recourse.
