Food was fine, however no Covid rules inside, we visited and no one inside is wearing masks, they also do not limit the numbers in, I was having to move a lot to get away from people. There was people sat inside on the waiting area eating their food, others waiting for food and more and more people continuously entering. There’s no eating area inside but people were, if they managed the amount of people in at once would of been nicer, but was too stressful and kids running around in there. I was inside a space for 5 people max on a good day - with 9 adults, and about 7 kids plus prams and people were still entering and no masks. Clacton is going to get a spike soon

Amazing fish and chips. Probably some of the best fish and chips I have had. The great feature is that they have a small area you can eat-in. The fish, batter and chips were fresh and perfectly cooked. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. Price was good as well. Highly recommended.

We visited Clacton today and wanted fish and chips. I researched on the internet before we visited to look at reviews of fish and chips shops at Clacton. We thought we would try Geo's fish bar as the reviews were good. Well the reviews were right! The cod was delicious, with crispy batter which had a lovely flavour. The fish was flaky and good chunks. The chips were tasty and just the way I like them. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely buy fish and chips from Geo's next time we visit Clacton. Thank you
