Good place to look on life from second floor. Small terrace for smokers provide a perfect view on busy street. Is busy and welcoming. A glass of white wine is shines like diamond. As a bonus you might feel yourself on the top of American corporation (KFC is on the 1st floor).

Visited 19 September 2020. Waiters may not accept an order for up to 20 minutes, even if the hall is not fully loaded. I ordered 4 khinkali with lamb. Pepper, salt and utensils (knife and fork) were not brought. The dough in khinkali is thick and dense. Filling: minced meat is not coarse minced meat, but meat wet dust with herbs and spices, there is little broth in them. I rate the service and the prepared dish three points out of five. In the branch in Kyevi, khinkali is prepared very well, and in Kharkiv it is very bad.
One of the best place to eat but not all food are tasty.
The food is good but the administration is so bad and silly, or say stupid. They asked for a deposit of money in start once you enter inside instead of some greetings. Food good recommended, but sit there is horrible.
I booked a table in a restaurant for a group of people. When we arrived at the restaurant it turned out that our table was occupied by another company of people. When asked the manager why this was allowed, there was no clear answer. I do not recommend this restaurant.
