I’ve had a really great experience working with Isaac from the sales team. He made my very first vehicle purchase so special. They value their customers. I’ve moved out of Austin now but I’d definitely do business with Mac Haik once again in the future. Also I’d definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
I was well pleased with this experience. We had had bad experiences with quick lane where we moved from with tools being left on our rear fender and the job not being done correctly. It appeared they were trying to complete the job too fast , sacrificing accuracy. I expressed these concerns with service advisor Mike Lawrence who listened and assured me that the job would be complete to my satisfaction in a timely situation which it was. I think the price was fair. everything was detailed and explained in writing. I even asked for an estimate for a future job that I am planning in the near future. I was pleased that I was not pressured into buying something that did not need to be done. I have complete trust in this place that if a service is recommended then it is for the safety of the auto, not just to sell something unnecessary.
Charity went above and beyond getting me and my husband into a new vehicle. We drove in over 6 hours from Lake Charles Louisiana and she and her finance team stayed in the middle of an ice storm to make sure we got the truck we wanted and found us a hotel close by to wait out the storm. AMAZING car buying experience and absolutely spectacular people.
