Dr Fields has been tremendous. I went to a different Dr for my condition for years and he was nice but not helpful at all. Doc Fields has been very responsive to my condition and has always been respectful and caring. SHE IS A FANTASTIC doctor. Her nurse Angie is also very caring The rest are very nice. I wish i didnt have to see Dr Fields any longer but as long as i have this condition i will not trust any other doctor than her. She is just a caring and good doctor.....

Dr. Fields has been treating me for several years for COPD. She takes excellent care of me and I would never thing of changing doctors.

This office has been treating me for over nine years, ever since I was diagnosed with COPD. The staff has been wonderful and although there have been less then a handful of times I haven’t received a response in the same day, that was the exception rather than the normal. I have been treated with nothing but respect by all of them. I have never been to any doctor that doesn’t charge late/missed appointment fees, and you agree to them up front.

This place was horrible. I was referred to Dr. Dominic deKeratry after a short bout with pneumonia. During my first visit to his office the nurse insisted I pay an out of pocket fee, when I knew I had already met my deductible. She was very rude and borderline yelled at me! After back and forth I had to pay. I then was told I needed a breathing test, sleep study and a echo cardio test. I did all three. Never got any results. Called a month later and they had no record! Asked for a supervisor and a lot of back and forth with no answers. Also when I visited his office he was sick. Two days later I had the flu. Thanks Doc! I called again about the results and the fee I paid. It was confirmed I should not have had to pay and a refund was supposed to be issued. They also confirmed they sent my test results to another doctor in error with no apology! Wow. I had a follow up appointment scheduled in early May. Went to the appointment to find out they cancelled me as a patient with no notice due to negative interactions with me. Said a letter was sent, which never was. I asked for a copy and a receipt confirming my refund. What horrible rude inconsistent staff! Avoid them at all cost. BTW, as of today, still no test results!!
