We chose a small local company as, unlike salaried employees of large companies they would be keen to sell our property. We were not disappointed. The first viewer put in an offer which they advised us to reject and we accepted the offer of a buyer who had made an appointment from Yorkshire. We had regular updates from staff at George James and they answered any queries we had promptly. They advised us of the process of selling and prompted both sets of Solicitors to move more quickly! A realistic price was suggested by them rather than just letting me 'guess' one. T was kept informed all the way through. If they couldn't get in touch with me one way i.e. phone, they followed it up with an email.
