SKS Golden is the coffeeshop namesake. Here, you are greeted by a corner stall squeezed in at the leftmost corner with the Rangoon Street sign that offers a good rendition of Penang's Char Koay Teow. No airs about this meal, just fried methodically by an elderly man assisted by his white haired bespectacled maiden Carefully served on banana leaf to preserve its charm at RM6.

This place offers a wide variety of Penang's best-loved hawker fare. Among the favourites are the Northern Malaysia version of Chee Cheong Fun with thick dollops of prawn paste, sweet sauce & chilly paste, Hokkien Mee (a.k.a. Prawn Mee) and its twin Loh Mee (with thick tapioca gravy), Oyster Omelette, Popiah, Satay (skewers of various meats), and Char Koay Teow (with duck or chicken egg). The Apom (pancake) is different as it is fluffy, with egg & banana fillings. Definitely a place to visit!

Haven't tried all the food, but it is quite satisfactory. Just be sure to come early or on a weekday because it gets very full and parking is hard to find XD.

Tasty Curry fish head. Spicy and flavourful FRESH squid and Prawns added. Very enjoyable. New Original Sarawak Kolomee Stall opened. Three types of Noodles. Ordered white and black. Love it. Next time be back for the red. Nice

Also know as SKS Golden cafe. Lots of delicacies at night. Do try out the char kuey teow (the best that I had so far in Penang), lam mee and chee cheong fan.
