Lovely little pud, free parking, huge garden, dog friendly, beautiful inside, prices are little high 15 for burger and chips ( burger hugh), chicken roast nice ( more veg would be better) veg comes in a small dish. Staff very friendly, the pub is more adultish, nice and quiet with music in the back ground (old music) I would come back here

COVID makes things a challenge, and they did a very nice job of handling everyone safely in the garden. But still some hiccups. Things took a while to come (wasn't that busy) and our server didn't know much about the beers on offer (there's Master Brew). The beef was very cooked. Starters were really good (try whitebait or Scotch egg). Suggestion: don't play \My Old Man's a Dustman\ when people are trying to eat. Excellent spot for a pub lunch after a walk.
