NANDI was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a car 2 days earlier than the date that it was booked. I was very happy and blessed to be helped by her. Our complete "planned holiday depended on the car. Thank you Avis, it was wonderful!!!

I've been supporting you guys for many years, but you just lost another customer and I/ my business will never use your services again due to your terrible customer service! How can you take money from my account without consent. Charging people for damage that wasn't their fault because your incompetent inspection team didn't record all issues on the log/yellow form from previous rental. *People...Make sure you thoroughly inspect the car with the yellow indication sheet before you drive off... anything that is not recorded from previous rental, they will use against you to fill their pockets... I've never experienced this from Europcar and will definitely use Europcar again from now on. Avoid Avis/Budget at all cost!!!!

Make sure to check your car properly before leaving with agent and take pictures. I didn't, and when arriving at home they called and informed me off a bump on the rear bumper that neither me nor the Avis agent picked up!! Allegedly with the second inspection they picked it up!!

5 counters which are fully equipped to issue rentals, however only two employees available to assist customers results in very slow service. Other rental agencies, though lacking the reputation of AVIS, issue rentals much faster.
