Do not leave Ightham, Kent, the UK, this earth without visiting the George & Dragon. Take a recipe of country side pub perfection and serve. I loved everything: unpretentious exterior, contemporary interior with historic cues. Knowledgeable, really helpful staff and food that opens the door to creativity in the framework of modern British cuisine. The world is a better place because of the George & Dragon.
