Lovely views and helpful to get you across. However, if you want to use this service as a nice morning commute, don't! The boats frequently leave early in the morning (especially M2) and don't stick to the timetable.

You pay 3 CHF and you can use all the mouettes for free during one hour. You have 4 lines to choose and all are great but I think the best are the lines 3 and the 4 and is where you have more people. The views are great. You can see the mountains, the Jet d'Eau, Geneva town and mostly you will enjoy it. In the summer you will probably have few minutes in the queue but the trip is memorable.
Great way to travel and sightsee and included in the city transport pass free from hotels or just 2 Swiss francs for a single trip! Recommend the trip on route 3 to Geneva plage then connect to route 4 to Chateaubriand in the gardens area, very scenic!
