Horrible, rude reception. Recorded message (the one you listen to while waiting) in French and English, but receptionist refuses to speak english and is rude and not forthcoming even in French. No solution to a dental urgency that requires immediate action. Would not recommend at all.
FANTASTIC dental practice. My entire family has been going here for the past two years. We all have different dental needs and this practice covers all of them (orthodontics periodontics, tooth implants, tooth cleaning, etc, etc..). The practice probably has over 30 dentists and hygienists. QUALITY: The dentists range from the best I have ever had (truly… and I have been to great dentists so the bar is set high) to very very good. PRICE: The office is very nice and they have a lot of high tech equipment so my initial thought is they would be pricier than other places in Geneva but after researching it, their prices are exactly on par with the other dental clinics In Geneva. INTEGRITY: I had a deep cavity filled and they did an x-ray afterward to make sure it was filled properly, etc. On the x-ray they noticed a little bit of cavity on the tooth beside it under a filling that they had done a while ago. They called me back in, removed that filling, cleaned out the very tiny cavity that was still there and then re-sealed it at no cost to me. They could have easily left it and then a few years down the road I might or might not have noticed but they clearly love what they do and take a great deal of pride in doing it well. ENGLISH: All the dentists speak enough English to communicate with you easily and there are always at least one or two receptionists who can understand English All in all…if you live in Geneva..this is the only place to go!
Dental clinic??? An absolute mess of a place! Secretaries are ill-mannered and terribly rude. The staff is only concerned about money. The practice sounds more like a warehouse than a medical clinic! Shameful.
Would highly recommend this clinic. A wisdom tooth had been bothering me for about 2 months, but I was trying to avoid having it pulled in Geneva and wait until I went home. Eventually it got to be too much. I called them to make an appointment, and they were very helpful . They spoke good English over the phone and told me the prices I would have to pay up front (i.e. cost for x-rays and consultation since I was a new patient). On the day of the appointment, they were clear about the procedure, what they would be doing, how much it would cost, and what the possible complications could be (and what the complications might cost). At no point did they try to up-sell me on anything, or tell me I had other things I needed to do. No shocks or surprises. I got my tooth pulled painlessly and paid what I had been expecting to pay. Very satisfied with the service and will come back here for anything else.
