Best Japanese restaurant so far in Geneva. We come to eat lunch here once a month and sometimes dinner. The chef and staff never fail to deliver an amazing culinary experience.

Best japanese in town, by far. Otoro and aburi salmon were astonishing, never had that fish quality anywhere outside of Japan. Tako karaage was also brilliant, reminded me of good old Tsubohachi. Sake selection is also really good, some of the very best quality/price you can find (not the usual brands you can find everywhere). Obviously not cheap in the end but very well worth it, highly recommended. Otsukaresama!

Enjoyed our stay at Kozan. The Sushis are really well done. You can definitely taste the difference between average traditional sushis and authentic japanese ones. Geneva is lucky to have Kozan amongst them :). Will definitely return.

Probably three most amazing Japanese restaurant in Geneva. It's small and intimate. They also have private rooms. The table sets are also so elegant that they are worth mentioning. The soft shell crab is a winner.
