### the review below is purely based on the clinic's customer service quality ### I am at the clinic right now. It is 18.45 and my appointment was at 17.30 I was told about the delay just now, few minutes past and I ask again the person at Reception for more information and all I get is someone ( which i believe is the owner ) completely lost saying “i don't know”. I ask again politely and this time I am ignored. Obviously this is my return consultation so no money left to be taken and the experience I am having here ( just because I asked for information ) is by far the Swiss treatment I am used to get. So in all, avoid this Clinic!!!!!! I am just here because I need to be seen, and to be clear i'd for sure see the Doctor anywhere else.

I had to see a dentist as an emergency while travelling through France towards Chamonix a few weeks ago. David Muller at La Clinique in Geneva , could not have been more courteous and helpful in arranging for me to be seen after hours that same evening . I arrived to see Dr Remy Delahegue who completed a root canal treatment and temporary post and crown in one visit completely pain free . His attitude and clinical expertise as well as professionalism was excellent and I was able to complete my trip with no pain or discomfort as well as with a fully aesthetic appearance . I am a dentist myself with many years experience , so I certainly can recognize quality professionalism and clinical expertise in a colleague. I rate both Dr Delahegue and the practice itself very highly and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Quel bonheur d’avoir trouvé cette clinique! Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, aux petits soins et trouve toujours une solution pour vous satisfaire. Conseils au top, équipe de choc et exécution irréprochable. Un grand merci particulièrement à David pour sa serviabilité et à Berjetta (pas sûre de l’orthographe) pour son travail, son empathie et son travail minutieux. Je me réjouis déjà d’y retourner car les résultats sont là!!!

Mon épouse n'était malheureusement pas satisfaite du tout. La tarification est arbitraire et il n'y a pas de transparence sur les prix. Ils racontent une autre chose à chaque reprise. D'ailleurs il y a un souci au niveau de la prise des rendez-vous.
