By far the worst service ever! Unprofessional, unresponsive, lack of expertise, lack of professionalism. First contacted them in October for ta repair of the heating system in my flat, they lured me into becoming a customer signing a contract in promise of an early appointment. This never happened. First visit in mid November, their technician confirmed that the heating was in perfect state. A week later the heating broke down. Since end of November, at least 4 times the technicians passed by. They have absolutely no idea what the problem is but they do not admit it. It took two months and during the coldest week of Brussels weather for Omniatec to admit that they cannot fix it. Surreal, criminal service! Stay away from them!

Absolument catastrophique. Un secrétariat incompétent et une équipe technique qui se tire la bourre et qui ne peut se garer chez moi, car \ils ont des échelles trop grandes pour l entrée du garage\ la réparation a faire. , bien connue d eux est ...au sous-sol! A fuir !!!!
Monsieur très antipathique. Je l'ai rencontré ce matin dans ma rue où il faisait tourner le moteur de sa camionnette alors qu'elle était en stationnement. Il a catégoriquement refusé de le couper.
