If you've seen one IKEA, you have seen them all. Nothing out of the ordinary. Have never had trouble finding a space to park here. On my last visit the click and collect also worked great :-)

They're doing good during covid-19 days. I like the way of their click&collect system in the parking area:)
IKEA in theory is almost always better than IKEA in reality for me, but that said, for what it is, IKEA Gentofte is a great place to handle lots of home needs in one go. If you have a low threshold for large warehouse shopping like I do, skip the allure of the show room and go straight to the supplies section.
Worst service ever, the workers are super racist towards a foreigner. I was waiting for my turn in the line to get help to purchase something. When my turn comes and I went to her. The way she was looking at was uncomfortable and her voice was deep hatred. It was a kind of (I don’t want to help you) thing. And it ruined my day. I was so mad. Like why you guys treat us like this. We’re just human for god sake. Unbelievable
I love IKEA, I really do.. but there's so many people and no restrictions at all, it's too crowded. Not everyone wears masks and people walk too close to each other. But the customer service is still as good as ever, very nice and helpful employees. Fast check out too.
Better enforcement of the mask rules would be appreciated. People not appropriately distancing either. Not my best trip there.
Best place for all your needs for your furniture and utensils at home. Widely spread on huge area. It will take at least 2 hours to see it complete. During this pandemic situation, they are allowing only limited number of people inside so you might have to wait for a while outside.
It's Ikea. If you like the concept (I do) it's clean and you can access easily by bike and you can rent a electric bike trail to bring your stuff at home for free! Definitely 5 stars.
