We went to this place for a drink while the Ghent Film Festival was happening so it wouldn't be right to judge the place for a somewhat slower service since it was probably a bit busier than usual. The bar itself had a rather nice interior and the 'bad smell' mentioned by others was non-existent . Their beer options were varied and I spotted a few beers that other bars in Ghent didn't seem to have. One down-side however is that the glasses they gave us, always had a little bit of water at the bottom, probably from not drying them thoroughly. Nevertheless I would go there a second time.

This is one of my favorite bars/cafes in Gent. It is cozy enough you can have a date, or stop by for a quick drink and bite. I like the staff. They are attentive, and don’t keep you waiting.
