I talked my Co-Supervisor into getting out of the office with me today! To much of my surprise he was down to go! It was a rough morning. He let me chose the location. We landed here!! I was not disappointed at all. Not crowded at all. Just a few people sprinkled throughout the restaurant. Pleasant smell when you walked in. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Very clean. That made my experience even better!! Lunch was scrumptious ! Will be back next week.

Friendly staff, food was great, clean and had sanitizers, plastic gloves for self serve. Staff wore masks. We did not but other patrons did.
Worst place ever. We were going j vacation we went to this place because everyone else had an HR to 2 hr wait. Besides them taking about 45 minutes to get our plates to us, the food was burned. Sausage was so burned kids couldn't even look at it. We had to get them to remake the order. SMH. Never again .
Definitely avoid this location if at all possible. They got my order wrong, and offered a side of the correct order that I ordered initially, or to remake the entirety of my bowl. After waiting 20 minutes for my order I did not want to remake my entire order. After this experience, I have no desire to return to this location, or any other franchise location. Absolutely atrocious. Nathan, if you’re reading this, I hope you address your staff accordingly. 0/5 stars I would rate if possible. Take your business elsewhere, Grand Prairie.
Went in to get something new since we haven’t been there in a while, got seated as soon as we got there, took a server 10 min to get to us and another 5 min to get my sons water after asking him for it, 30 min pass by and a new server comes to us saying that he is our new server because our old server was trying to go home. We never got updates on our order and when the new server walked up he was asking what was our order. We decided to leave after an hour of waiting! Never coming back super unprofessional.
Had to come and get my free birthday bowl! Gotta love reward every year. The place wasn't crowded and I was still able to make my bowl with gloves. (And they will make it for you if you don't want to do it) Great service and staff. I took mine to go of course.
Really great service! Super fast and friendly! Very good food too!
