Not impressed. Have worked with them in several areas from investments to trusts. Never get a clear straight forward answer except for its always someone else's problem. Wouldn't trust them with 2 cents.

Tom Nelson does a great job! I always get a prompt response with complete answers on any questions, and I am always welcomed and greeted with a smile.
Amazing customer service. Tom Nelson, personal relationship banker, is superlative at addressing questions and helping customers. Connie is an amazing teller who makes you feel right at home. Definitely the go-to bank for independent banking.
Best bank ever. Been a customer for over 40 years. You are never a number and staff always greets you by name.
The best customer service hands down! I will never bank anywhere else. John McNamara was extremely helpful/knowledgeable with all of my commercial lending needs.
