I called the front desk the lady sent the guys to the receiving location they unloaded the tractor trailer and I was on my way

First time going there was asking for the office to check in very rude lady in the front desk with glasses .i waswasnt even fully in when she was acting up

Call, got hung up on me, the woman would not give her name who answers the phone, called back an got the automatic message, unavailable to leave a message. Poor customer service.
