Web site is terrible, cannot even look up my tax bill. Says no information, so I'm paying taxes for a place they claim doesn't exist. I really give it NO Stars!

This must be the most miserable place to work. As a resident of Geneva for the past 20 years and having raised my 4 children here, I am appalled by the attitude of the employees here. The employees are rude and abrupt and make completely unnecessary comments and remarks. When reaching out to receive clarification about not receiving a bill, I felt as though I was treated in a disrespectful manner almost like I was shamed because of my question. They were not only rude and unhelpful, but it was obvious to me by their tone and inability to even want to assist me, they should not be working with the public.
BEWARE! If they screw up, the will not take responsibility. It WILL cost you whether even if you did everything correct. TERRIBLE customer service. SERIOUSLY AWFUL!
One of the highest property taxes in the NATION! They have no ideas how to attract businesses.
