After 30 years of not riding motorcycles, I decided to get back with it. I was very fortunate that my first and only stop was Ducati Geneva and Marc Perrin. Marc understood my needs within the first 10 minutes. The bike we looked at, a Scrambler Pro 1100, is the bike I ended up purchasing. I found the Ducati dealership to be the best type of boutique outfit you can imagine. It is not too large, as some of the other dealers offering multiple brands. Here, instead, you always have the impression of 100% focus on the mission, and you, the customer, are an important partner in it. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, luxury cars, but the experience I had at Ducati Geneva easily tops all of them. The place is well located Outside the center of Geneva. It is easy to get there through the highway otherwise, depending where you live, you have to cross GENEVA center. Staff at the garage are nice and welcoming. I brought my motorbike there several times for the annual checks and I was always satisfied. They have dedicate parking places for the motorbike so if you don’t manage to pick it up you can ask to come the day after. There are tram stops close by so it is easy to get there also with public services. I am very satisfied with overall experience.
Marc has been awesome! He made the process to choose and acquire simple & smooth. Very customer oriented and flexible.
I purchased a Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle from Marc Perrin at Ducati Store in Geneva and cannot express how happy I was with his professionalism and support during the entire sales process. Marc is an outstanding sales person, who understands the value of qualitative customer service. All questions have been resolved, right after they have been asked. All inquiries and special requests were granted right away. Marc went an extra mile to secure a special price for me, and registered the motorbike for me considerably earlier than expected. I have even received a small Ducati bag, so I could carry my documents on the day of the bike collection a Ducati sticker to get the logo of my Harley Davidson helmet disappear. There was no request that remained open or unanswered. I have been to a large number of motostores in Geneva and canton Vaud, however, none of them could provide me with the service as Marc did. Conclusion: 200% top service!!! 200% trust-worthy!!! 10 stars for the service!!!!
