I gave the dealership 2 stars instead of the one they truly deserve because the new service manager seems nice and was apologetic. After genesis of Lake Bluff closed, my service dealer was changed to Schaumburg. Genesis is sold under the idea of better service. They consistently did not show up for valet appointments they made, did not complete promised services, and did not provide promised estimates. This happened on 3 occasions until I finally decided to just sell my genesis altogether. I have had a hyundai or genesis for 21 years. Due to the service and warranty issues I will no longer be their customer.

Customer service was lousy, nonexistent. They parked our car in their parking lot with a dead battery after they finished the service required. No apology for the dead battery. They gave it a minimum jump; enough to get home, but automatic locks wouldn't work. Will never go there again.

Great experience throughout the whole entire purchase! The sales team was amazing they help you find the wright car that fits your need and budget no surprises what you see online is what you get not like other dealers and the service department has been delightful to work with . They have new cars for service loaners, I leased my G70 for only 350 a month it drives better then the BMW that I hade and 150 less I love it !!!!
