We stayed across the street and decided to try Madman’s for dinner one night, some of the best grilled chicken we’ve ever had. The pork sisig was delicious along with the garlic rice. I would go back just to have more garlic rice and grilled chicken thighs. The shells were very good as well with a spicy vinegar sauce the owner made. Great prices and great food.

We came here after hours and the owner was nice enough to serve us a delicious plate. They have healthy options for grilled chicken and rice! He sat down with us and explained his business and where he's from. Awesome guy! Happy to see young entrepreneurs doing well!

Love it. Bacolod flavor in Siargao. Really recommend 5 cups of the java rice, as you will start having the craves. My go to was the chicken thighs 100%
Very accomodating and friendly staff especially the owner. The chicken inasal was tasty indeed combine it with their famous sauce and chicken oil. Give it a try and you wont regret visiting siargao. Thanks and God Bless and more power!
Drop by at this place if you'd like to eat one of the most tasteful Sisig on the island. Went here to eat around 3am and they were kind to entertain our after party hunger.

The best inasal in Siargao Island plus their garlic rice makes you want to order another one! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location-wise, very convenient as it's just near to all other restaurants like Aventino's, Harana, etc. Pro tip: order two rice cos one is definitely not enough
