Good price and good range... But mostly the staff are just really nice people. Really friendly and helpful, and genuinely try to help you get the right products (even if that means sending you to other stores) rather than trying to get a sale out of you...

The guttering etc we purchased were excellent quality and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We omitted to pick up part of the order, called to say we would collect it and they stopped us returning and delivered them free of charge the same evening. Full marks staff and owners for a quality job.
