After using this branch for many years and having received some of the best and very friendly service it was very disappointing to return a couple of items today these were from a very large order and surplus to requirements. The new stand in manager very aggressively told me there was a 10% restocking cost which previous management had not charged but so be it . However when I told her that she had given one of my employees a gutter stop end in a bag of various gutter accessories with no seal or clip to connect it so making it of no use which meant a 50 mile round trip for me she made no attempt at an apology what so ever . She never even offered to wave the restocking cost as a sorry for her incompetence .
