Temple Therapeutics (“Temple”) is a Dutch based pharmaceutical clinical development company. We are advancing three genuinely innovative drug agents which address unmet needs with large market potential: surgical adhesions, fibrosis (endometriosis) and solid tumors. First, Temple is set to chart a new direction with novel drug Evitar™ in how to effectively prevent post-operative adhesions. Data from a successful Phase II RCT demonstrated a 5x improvement over placebo and has been presented at prestigious surgery conferences. Second, post-operative adhesions work led the research team to discovering a novel antigen which shows promise in treating endometriosis, a fibrotic condition as well as solid tumors. This program is known as TTX 334Ab(E) for endometriosis and TTX334Ab(O) for malignancies. In-vitro data for TTX334Ab(E) suggests over 65% cell death of endometriosis tissue. Third, researchers at a National Cancer Institute (NCI) university produced a novel finding for potentially treating solid cancers. Key in-vitro and in-vivo data points to a novel common antigen not identified before which is responsible for shutting down cell death. Early preclinical data, replicated by independent labs (NCI), confirmed data in successfully killing several solid tumors, including hard to treat chemo-resistant ovarian cancer cells. TTX-334Ab(O) effect on ovarian cancer is impressive We are driven by a simple mantra: Be Good, Do Good and All is Good. Therefore, we believe success is achieved when patients’ lives are truly improved. To accomplish this, we attract to the team who are guided and share values rooted in challenging paradigms, collaboration mindset, free of ego, to create breakthrough therapies that truly impact patients' lives while easing the health system financial burden.
