Temple Therapeutics (“Temple”) is a Dutch based pharmaceutical clinical development company. We are advancing three genuinely innovative drug agents which address unmet needs with large market potential: surgical adhesions, fibrosis (endometriosis) and solid tumors. First, Temple is set to chart a new direction with novel drug Evitar™ in how to effectively prevent post-operative adhesions. Data from a successful Phase II RCT demonstrated a 5x improvement over placebo and has been presented at prestigious surgery conferences. Second, post-operative adhesions work led the research team to discovering a novel antigen which shows promise in treating endometriosis, a fibrotic condition as well as solid tumors. Early preclinical data, replicated by independent labs (NCI), confirmed data in successfully killing several solid tumors, including hard to treat chemo-resistant ovarian cancer cells.
