I just make order with number 9686 they did not give me my corn and fried, also not invoice , I call them ,they not answer to me correctly, this is not first time , i think the KFC manager should rebuild the system of this branch also i reported to France KFC and international marketing of KFC not for only one corn for why they are not respect the client.

The worst customer service you can get. They are rude and unprofessional , specially the women with the net on her head. I give them 1 star just because I would like to write about my experience.
Very poor service... I fail to understand hov it's possible not to have just 1 English or german speeking employe, my wife is lactose intolerant and the self-service machines doesn't give you the option to chose a burger without cheese, it was only because there was a English speaking customer that was able to help us we where able to place an order.... furthermore after we placed our order and went to get our drinks, the selfserwice vending machine only gave us the option to chose between icetea and non carbonated orange drink.... the staff couldn't care less when confronted with that
As good as a KFC Can get
It was above average, no second floor tho so if there are kids you can't have peace.
The staff's English was better than our French which was helpful. Food was good and restaurant was clean
Food was OK, service typically French which is not too bad
No refillable drinks, lacking the main ingredient (cheese in cheesetwist \u003e:( ) and broken ice cream machine just like in McDonald's, oh and did I mention broken ordering machine? The perfect recipe for long waits. Not so finger lickin' good.
