I send my MSI laptop to them after MSI clint service told me that it takes 1 week repair time and few dayes for the sending and recieve the laptop.It was a hardware problem in my work laptop so i asked is it ok to leave the information in or they will erase it , he said no its harware screen plastik , so no need to save them . After 3 weeks and 3 dayes i got it back repaired with a factory setting so i lost all my work information and all the software those i have to remember the password for and download them again. There is no one who how its work by them . But As they write in them information page they shal call before starting any steps to get agreement. That they didnt do it . So upset from those poor informeered workers and this slow and unproficional company.
