Great service - Colin came out at short notice to diagnose the problem with my washer dryer. Have honest advice that it was more economical to replace the unit rather than replace it

Great service from Colin. Easy communications and fixed oven with new heating element at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will use again for any other appliance repairs.

Colin came to look at our faulty Beko dryer, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and came back a couple of days later to fit. Now working perfectly! Would recommend 100%

New oven element fitted today - excellent and very quick service from Colin, who was professional, friendly and quickly responsive in arranging appointment - on a job that could have been tricky due to having to access the rear of the oven, but was easily sorted out by Colin. Went above and beyond as well to improvise on re-fixing back plate inside the oven. At very reasonable price too (where other companies had quoted twice the price). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if/when needed.

Outstanding level of service, easy to deal with to sort out a problem with a fridge freezer. Recommended replacement rather than fix, even though he would receive a larger payment and it was the best option. Honest, reliable and works with you to get to the best solution for you. Really recommend this company.
