Gavin was great from the first call we made to his last visit a week after the funeral.We were treat with compassion and a lovely manor which helped us get through this tough time.Everything was done perfectly as we had requested and his professionalism was excellent.

Gavin dealt with my Dad's funeral impeccably and with a nice personal touch. We originally got a quote from the Co-Op, because of the reputation....but Gavin personally came to the house and went through everything and gave his quote. This turned out to be considerably cheaper than the Co-operative. Even the Co-Ops equivalent like-for-like quote, was almost 800 dearer! The family were very impressed with everything from start to finish. We must thank Gavin and everyone for their professionalism and humanity. When, in the future, we need funeral services again, which we unfortunately will, Gavin J. Reynolds Funeral Directors will be the first port of call.

gavin and his team gave Mam an amazing send off.from contacting his funeral parlour finding gavin was on a well earned holiday,johnny taking over gavin whilst on holiday is also an amazing man just like gavin himself.he went above and beyond what you would normally expect from any funeral director.we were kept updated every step of the way.on gavin return he got straight in touch straight away..we knew gavin would conduct a wonderful send off for Mam..after a number of family members previously using gavin to conduct funerals and attending funerals conducted by gavin even before becoming independent we knew when the time came to needing a funeral director he would be the man.no matter where he was,gavin and his team are caring.compassionate and very professional in what they do.nothing is a problem to him.even at short notice .he has a beautiful funeral parlour where you are truly made welcome by his receptionist who made us feel very comfortable and chatting to us to put us at ease.and staying as long as we wanted. myself and family highly recommend gavin to any one at such a sad and difficult time.
