Normally take my driving school car in to Kia Gatwick to be serviced and MOT etc., they sort out any warranty issues without any fuss and always try to get stuff done ASAP for me as being a driving instructor if my car is off the road I am not earning and losing money and upsetting pupils. Best example was this week were I had a driving test on Thursday, and on Tuesday morning the airbag warning light came up! Which would be car would be refused for test, creating one upset and frustrated pupil, but the buy at reception who I normally deal with (can't remember his name, sorry!) was very helpful and managed to get my car booked in the next day and fixed the issue at no charge (as under warranty). All worth it as pupil passed their test this morning, this would not have happened if not for good customer service from Kia.
Booked a test drive, we arrived early but the car was out and ready for us. Very helpful and friendly staff! Gave us plenty of advice, talked with us about different options and finance packages. Would highly recommend.
Really friendly service, and Kia really has some wonderful cars on offer.
