Very pleased with the work. I had a broken fan in my beloved Thinkpad W520 and was struggling to find a spare part. I decided to give it a last try before getting a new one. IT Fix Direct managed to source the part from Germany and got it fixed quickly, with very reasonable cost. I also received a follow up message from them, asking if all runs fine. Highly recommended!

I am so pleased with what Lucas has done with my laptop it's solved every issue and his service goes the extra mile as he checks in every now and again checking all is well with his work. He has done 2 laptops for us now and his service, friendliness, speed and communication could not be faulted. We will always keep Lucas on speed dial for our IT needs.

Excellent repair, laptop had been dropped Acer Aspire 5 broken screen replacement, SSD RAM upgrade and Windows 10 update, running faster and looks like new. Would definitely recommend.
