First time buying a car from Elm Tree Car Sales. Won't be the last! Spoke to Joe on the phone about what car I was interested in and then booked me an appointment to view the car. Bob showed me around the car (at the gate as per social distancing rules) who had no problem with moving the car around as many times as we asked to be able to see as much as we possibly could. Felt no pressure to buy the car there and then. They answered all my questions and kept me up to date with when the car was available to collect once it had it's MOT. Was extremely pleased with the car (all the photos were high quality and matched what you could see in real life) and bought it. Top quality customer service from Joe and Bob. Thank you both!

Rang up to book a viewing on a golf, spoke to Joe. He sorted it straight away explained everything that would happen with covid rules, and how I couldn’t test drive it but i was given 14 day period if I didn’t like it I could return, they kept me all up date as to what was going on and what day and time I could pick it, very reliable, 100% recommend
Great service, very 'covid safe' and Nothing was to much trouble and even helped me sell my car privately to get more in my pocket. Would highly recommend
