Amazing staff are super helpful and friendly. Seriously, I cannot thank them enough and they made my day. Social distancing and the one-way system are expertly implemented and really confidence inspiring. The exhibits are nicely presented and the film they were showing was a next level cinema experience. The gift shop has some great finds, too. Certainly worth a visit!

Lovely setting and building. First reopening after covid and felt fully safe with precautions in place. Two exhibitions running, one pretty poor, the second thought provoking. Restaurant closed and cafe offerings quality was average on a generous day.

A lovely building and felt very organised with the new social distancing etc. I found some of the exhibitions to be a little weird but overall showcasing lots of art. Worth a visit especially for the views over the river. I would recommend. Amy

Stopped by as there was an open air free concert outside (part of a C&W festival). There's a small amphitheater for open air performances by the entrance. Some of the acts moved inside into the public spaces and galleries which run along the side of the building facing the river. Looked like a great facility.

Such an amazing art centre. Each exhibition was so different and unique but all were very thought provoking. Also the view of the river Tyne was amazing! Lovely little shop too.
