Went in store early this morning. Terrible experience as always. Staff standing in groups blocking aisles either with palets or chatting with each other no social distancing at all and stocking shelves. Why stack shelves when store starts getting busy with customers. It is 24 hours after all. Really bad management skills. Also stop the place getting busy with families too or overcrowding in general. Queues always long even if I have a small shop. If you cannot cope then stop the 24 hour shopping or stagger shopping times to help customers who shop after work at around 5pm onwards. This is ridiculous. We are in a lockdown after all.

Cafe. Stood in a queue of approximately five people for 30mins for this. No rice left for a masala even though the cafe is attached to the biggest supermarket in the area! Surely you have the ingenuity to pick it from the shelf. I wanted lasagna but there wasn’t any of that either, see above. The three ladies looked rushed off their feet struggling to keep up. I think they might benefit from a shakeup.

Travelled up here from Bournemouth. The accents are just amazing. I was just stood in the supermarket listening to Geordie accents and getting eargasims ️️

Today my wife been there one staff in till had bad behaviour to her. I think this is a weakness of education. How about sleeping at night without a guilty conscience when it upsets one? I consider this a weakness of education and management. Sorry for the bad service.

Last time I was there you could take a small trolley through the self-service section, now you can't, didn't find out until I'd queued and got to the entrance. So then I had to queue again for the understaffed checkouts, never again! Tesco here I come
