Nice people to deal with
Full of lies! Avoid this place. I bought ford focus from this place. 1) door seal came off and they said , just jump in any ford officials and they'll repair it for free. I went to my local ford garage, they said i have to go to this one to repair it. Gates of Stortford refused to cover the bill \in any ford garage\. It cost me 270 2) it was an m.o.t. advisory - front brake disc worn. That sellsman said, quote: \if we have any advisory on m.o.t. we fix it.\ No you didn't.. It cost me 170 3) there was 3 different brand tyres on 4 wheels. Correct me if I'm wrong but it's illegal.... Cost me 420 and could cost me 3 point on the license 4) last but not least.... They assured me that they sort out my drive away insurance. Only when i get home 50 miles. I found out that i didn't had insurance to drive it. That could of cost me driving license... You could ask why did i bought it after al of that? Coz i was green and unexpected. I thought if they are official ford dealers they will not lie. But... Here we are. Thank you Gate of Stortford for giving me this experience. I'm about to buy my next car from official HONDA dealers, just a hope that they aren't like you
