We had a great experience on ebikes with our guide Simon. The singletrack and downhill was awsome and would recommend to any mountain bikers visiting st tropez , thank you Simon.
Busy Saturday in st tropez and the owner repaired my wife’s (Joya New Zealand) flat tyre while she waited and charged normal price. This is an honest hard working French gentleman that deserves to have all the customers from the area buy bicycles from him. He is a mountain bike racer and is very knowledgeable.
I was staying nearby and noticed I had a flat tire. Rather than changing it myself and get dirty before breakfast in St Tropez, I thought that i would stop in tere for a quick fix, or so I thought. They weren't busy and were quite rude. After a while, my flat was fixed and charged me 16 euros! But worst of all, later in the ride I felt a wobble. They had not tightened the front axle. This could have been devastating. They are rude and apparently careless. Bad wrenches and bad service but at least it was expensive.
The owner was fantastic and fixed my broken derailleur on my Giant TCR Road bike very quickly so I could ride again during my stay! 1st class! Thank you Jean-Louis. Regards. Stuart
