We had a new hob fitted by Gascare. The engineer, Shane, was efficient and friendly. He did a speedy, clean and careful job - would thoroughly recommend the company.

Rates are extortionate. Engineer tried to wangle any extra time he could to get over half an hour, meticulously filling in paperwork and telling me about other things that could go wrong. Charged 123 for 35mins to diagnose a fault I told them I knew I had (sparks) along with make and model of boiler and everything else they needed to know prior to visit. Didn’t bring the part so then wanted double that to come back and fix it another day. I said as I’m effectively paying for the hour please could you re pressurise the expansion vessel to be told “do you realise I would have to drain the boiler I cannot do that in 25minutes. It can only be booked with a full service” it was a complete joke. Got a plumber who’s not charging more than a barrister - job fixed and more for 90. Would never get them back or recommend Edit to add - customer you have mentioned is not me you must do it to a lot of customers. Review is completely genuine and honest

I had Gascare install a new boiler when we moved into our home 10 years ago and I am very happy with the work they did. We always get our yearly service with them and they have always been friendly and polite and very good prices . Think they now service and maintain boilers for most of my family members now! Would highly recommend them to others to use.
