My family have been going to Gary's for over 30 years, Gary and Rose and all the staff are absolutely amazing so professional and careing. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I would not go to any other opticians.

The lady working as a receptionist is an angel! Really nice and chatty, very helpful. The guy was nice as well... but the lady that was \taking care of me\... I don't remember when I felt so uncomfortable before! Very, very, very patronizing, treating people like they are handicapped. Really unpleasant experience only saved because of the lady by the desk.
Still waiting for my glasses after 5 weeks. Thankfully, lady behind desk said they would call to let me know.
