My experience with Mr Ross and his team has been exemplary from start to finish. My initial consultation was friendly, informative and gave me realistic expectations of what my final results might be. I was shown a number of relevant case studies which helped me to understand the procedure more fully and there was no ‘hard-sell’ which I appreciated. I found the digital impression of my potential outcome really useful and it proved to be accurate in my case. All of the staff I have seen from initial consultation to present have been kind and happy to help. My stay at the BMI was excellent. The staff insured that the run up to my surgery was as stress-free as possible and I felt extremely well looked after until I was discharged the following day. My room was comfortable and the food was great! After I was discharged I had great support from the nursing team with any queries. Overall I am delighted with my results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Ross and his team. Thank you!
