The whole process from the time we walked on the lot, to the time we drove away, we were very satisfied. Hernando in financing was great too. He was patient & very respectful. Took my car in for a warranty repair and received it with metal groundings on the entire car. The service director Jason felt it was tree sap and they would clay bar the car. I've worked in automotive shops for 20 years and owned a performance shop. I recognize when metal is embedded in clear coat. The clay bar didn't work, it only took the metal off the surface. Now Jason is saying they are not liable for the damage to my car, but he's going to sand and buff it as a courtesy. I receive my car back and find swirl marks all over the whole car and the clear coat is burned through on the roof. This service department is a destructive mess. I brought this car in for an exhaust repair and ended up with a ruined paint job on a brand new car. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not assume their own liabilities.
I just bought a Chevy Colorado 2021 ZR2 from this dealership and had a great experience. The salesman David texted with me prior to me coming out so there were no surprises when I came in. The price was good and it was an easy process. Humberto was great on the paperwork too, very fast. Thanks so much love the truck!
Eric and his team over at Jupiter Chevrolet were VERY accommodating. We flew down to Texas from Seattle to buy a truck from them and we could not be happier with the choice we made! Jupiter Chevrolet took care of us and treated us like family. Their dealership was SPOTLESS. They also used a super cool way to announce our new car in the dealership which was extremely exciting! My fiance and I, and our kids will continue to car all our cars from Jupiter Chevrolet from now on! P.S- I heard there may also be a new \barking lot\ for our furry friends - Perfect for dog lovers!
My attendant was amazing!!! He listened to every question I had and got the job done. I had a recall that I was told I need to leave my truck for the day. I use my vehicle for everything and there are always no loaner cars when I can schedule for the recall repairs. Well that got done with out me even having to ask while my truck was there for an oil change. I am so grateful for that being completed. Starting 2021 on a good note!!!!
