We had some major mold damage in our house and the insurance company didn't want to pay us much so I called Assurance Claims Services and hired Frank James. Once Frank got involved then miraculously the insurance company started to play ball and they paid us what we were owed. We ended up getting double the amount of money after Frank got involved. Frank was great. He knows his stuff and helped us throughout the entire process. I have recommended him to my friends and he has already got a new client from one of my referrals. We knew nothing about dealing with our insurance company - we didn't even know all of the things our plumbing flood affected in the house. Frank took over, educated us, made all communication and negotiation with insurance, increased our claim.....and always with a big smile!
