Very nice Chinese food from Gardenia, conveniently located on the high street, so even if they don't do deliveries, it's not too much of a hassle for us to get down there Plenty of flavour, not too oily and dishes are always packed to the brim in containers - we always order too much from here Kids don't like their veggies so we always ask for no veg in their chow meins and no spice in their chili beef - very accommodating to our orders Quick and friendly service It is still cash only, but cash machines very near by - closest is Lloyd's bank next door, or can nip to Tesco quickly for a shop and use their ATM there Very satisfied family and have been going and will go again and again

Always go here for a friendly Chinese takeaway. Well cooked food, always fresh, hot and tasty and not greasy. Cash only, so visit one of the nearby ATMs.
Very good Chinese, reasonable vegetarian selection, could be a lot better by removing meat and replacing with tofu with the same sauces. Little inconsistencies with sweet and sour sauce pot sizes and whether you get prawn crackers or not. Biggest issue is the lack of credit card ability and when you pay cash its not tilled.... Delivery would be an extra help too
