So, I had heard good things about \the BBQ truck\ that posts up on Atlantic Ave in Bixby Knolls (Long Beach), but never got to try it until this past weekend. There was an ample offering of meats. I went with the Brisket (yum!). Each plate came with potato salad and baked beans. The \Pitmaster\, Damien, was welcoming & got started on my order right away! (Thanks D!) In no time, I was partaking in tasty, tender brisket (yum, yum!). The sauce had a lil bit of a kick and is oh, so good! The potato salad was delicious and the beans had an extra layer of flavor - not your basic baked beans! Thanks to the \Pitmaster\, I was able to sample the ribs! Let me tell you, they were TENDER & seasoned so well, they didn't need any sauce! Overall, I was super pleased with the food & service! I look forward to trying other items & definitely sampling dessert!! If you're in the neighborhood, stop by and say, \Hi!\ to the Pitmaster (Damien) and get you some yummy BBQ...you won't be disappointed!

This spot is worth a try. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Always well kept and with great mood. Highly recommended.

Consistently delicious, flavorful authentic bbq, crisp coleslaw, yummy beans. Ribs and pulled pork wake you up with amazing flavor, great even the next day as leftovers. 2-3 tins combo big enough for most lunches, combo platter easily feeds three. Definitely worth the trip!

You gotta try the fried cornbread. Delicious! The meat is seasoned very well and falling off the bone. Very tender. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Stop at Jinny’s and you won’t go to the rib nest again! Taste better and cheaper
