Garcia's Mexican Food To Go

- Their service is great! They are real fast at taking care of your order. It takes approximately 15 mins for each order to come out. - Food tastes fantastic, their rice and beans tasted just as if my grandmother made it, such a great taste. Their brisket taco is unique, it has a subtle smokey taste, it tasted great. - The only item I did not like was the burger. I thought I'd ordered the steak burger, but am sure I got just a standard burger since it lacked flavor, it surprised me that the burger was so underwhelming. The burger patty was flexible and the bread crumbled easily. * I will continue to visit Garcia's and continue ordering more tamale plates and enchiladas. I will give their burger another chance, I suppose the burger they served me was a kid's menu item and I didn't notice it until I got home and ate part of it.

Ive eaten here since the early 90’s with my Dad. It was his favorite little place when we would stop by downtown. I remember eating the carne guisada for my first ever time here. That taco has been what i order every time ever since. It used to be 3.99 for a whole enchilada plate and a coke back then:)

I wouldn't go out of my way again for it. I had heard good things, but was not impressed. I have the salsa next to the taco for scale. They charge 3 for that tiny carne guisada. It tasted okay, but not \3\ okay

Brisket is the best. A little pricey but the food is good. N the lady she was very friendly. They wouldn't know this but i catch the bus near by. N i always see the man there outside cooking the meat in a big pit. He out there most days. So for that i have to give them a five star.

I'm VERY SATISFIED with this place! I called in an order at the last minute I was LITERALLY 5 mins away from it & it was made, hot & fresh ready to be picked up by the time I arrived. The service was amazing & received great customer service. Now the tacos were so DELICIOUS & I will be coming back soon.
