Hired Keith to assist with a child custody case. From the beginning I was NOT very confident in his services. But he assured both my husband and I that this was a “slam dunk” case. He was very inconsistent. He never called and updated us with progress along the case. We had to continue to call him. Everytime we would call he would say “I was just about to call you!” There would be months in between communication. We tried to be understanding with COVID since he told us that the courts were backed up during that time but something didn’t seem right since were getting other legal issues taken care of so we called the courts about this case ourselves. He had never sent the courts information regarding the other parent being filed THEY WERE NEVER FILED, in fact the case had been closed! Then when he was confronted about it he blames the sheriffs office. He also stated that he “THOUGHT” she was filed but he was looking at the incorrect information on the sheriffs website. Even if it was an error on their part - he never checked in on this case. He allowed this case to sit and sit and they closed it! He lied about everything. 1000.00 of our money that he refuses to refund. We waited a year and my husband still has no contact with his son. We have secured another attorney but guys just want you all to be careful with this one.

I hired Mr. Gamble to do what he considered a very easy job. At our very first meeting he seemed very distracted but kept saying that my case was going to be a slam dunk. He did not think it was necessary to prepare me for my case and when we arrived to court he was so unprepared that the Judge dismissed my case. It seemed as if he had not looked at my case once. I felt truly embarrassed my his behavior. Mr. Gamble refused to refund my money and when I asked him to send me a reconciliation of billable hours associated with my case, he responded by saying that there wasn't one as I had paid him a flat fee. I would never recommend him to anyone.
