My mom recently passed away. Gamble Funeral was more than accommodating making arrangements during this difficult time. Reasonably priced and meticulous to detail. Many thanks!

Terrible funeral service. We were not even given the opportunity to provide a picture for the obituary. They paper ran with just a military emblem which did not adequately display my grandfather. They not only failed with the obituary but at the viewing they didn’t play the appropriate music through the slide show as we had discussed in length first telling me we couldn’t use our own music and then later telling us we could. They also didn’t even shuffle pictures for the video it was clear they didn’t pay attention to that because there would be 10 pics with the same people before moving onto the next person that provided pictures for the slide show. No artistic ability went into it along with a weird beach seen every so often with the elevator music that was supposed to be muted. They also didn’t even give us adequate water for people to drink the water tasted horrible. They insisted on a quick 11-12 viewing and then a 12-1 service. The service was supposed to include 3 songs that we discussed and the songs were completely botched. I’m not even sure why there was a piano player there because she did nothing. The funeral home is completely incompetent. I would have thought they were acting as a new business. They didn’t even provide 25 chairs at the cemetery only 10 were provided for “social distancing reasons” they said but previously we were told the limit was 25 and there was no fan or way for people to stay cool. It was clear they wanted to do as little as possible while taking thousands and thousands of dollars without providing the kind of service that was expected. They said the were providing a video of service and we have yet to see. I’m appalled at the disgusting display that occurred yesterday. I’m not sure how they can continue to operate at that poor quality.

Gambles was there for me when my 12 yr old son passed away. They were so comforting .very passionate to my family and all my sons friends. If you ever want comfort to take care of a loved one this is the right desition to take care of your family and bring you peace in all your lives.my son passed away in 2000. Gamble will always be apart of my family. Mr. Gamble was very touched by my sons passing. Handled it like it was his own. Wish you much success.

Ed, Cecil, and the entire staff treated us like family as they guided us through this difficult season following my Daddys death. Their wisdom, calm demeanor, and professionalism was a welcome presence as we planned and then carried out, my daddy's last wishes. We can't say enough good things about Gamble. They handled everything and took care of us every step of the way-from suggestions of the number of certified certificates to directing the memorial service ( who stands /sits where etc) these trivial things seem monumental in the moment-and the Gamble staff was a pleasant experienced guide. A family member even remarked that they had never dealt with a more kind and professional family of funeral directors! Thanks so much to everyone at Gamble for the respectful and kind way we were treated. Blessings to you all!
