The villa was good. And Rizwan the caretaker was great. We had a negative experience because of the very loud neighborhood. There are loudspeakers and non stop announcements from religious establishments in the area. This makes it tough to relax, kick back or sleep. We were told that the sound won’t continue, and that it will end soon. It lasted for 3 continuous days which was tiring. Please be mindful of this when considering to book this place.

All good. Clean and cozy. Jacuzzi experience was specially exceptional. There was frog situation though, however wasn't much of an issue since it was only in the common area outside. And breakfast was ok.
Nice villa. But bad place. Wrong area.
