Away from the centre of the tourist zone is this 'neighbourhood' gem, which is run by the daughter of the founder. Honest food at a reasonable price, with laidback service. They also do cocktails! It's not the centre of gastronomic heaven, nor silver service waitstaff but the location, surroundings and price, make it a must visit. I suspect - especially going by other reviews - standards can be patchy. We met the 'owner', who is a hardworking mum/cook/business owner. Tough gig.
1 hour wait. Food not worth that wait. Once it arrived the food was ok but a bit overpriced for what it was.

Really nice Crab curry and crud honey! Worth trying! But make sure you find the right place since the google location is a bit far north.
Great place with yummy dishes
Dropped in for a quick lunch whilst visiting the Dutch Fort in Galle. Great BLT and decent mixed fruit juice.
